**         Tuition is paid one week in advance; the first week’s tuition is due now.  Sorry that this has been confusing since you do not have the payment booklet as your guide. Booklets will be available no later than Tuesday. 

**         Lunches must be paid for in cash or a separate check made payable to St. Agatha School Cafeteria.   PLEASE DO NOT include lunch payment as part of the tuition check. 

**         Menus for the entire month will be available on the bulletin board in the kindergarten enrichment room.  You can order for the following week or for the entire month. Payment should be included with the order.

**         If your child is packing a lunch and they wish to order milk, juice or bottled water, 50cents should be taped to your child’s lunch box, and we will collect it at lunch time. If they are buying a lunch, milk, juice or water is included in the cost of a purchased lunch.

**         UA Public School students are encouraged to attend their regular hours this week even if they do not have regular kindergarten.  See Mrs. McClintic if you have other questions about attendance. 

**         Due to the number of parents and children expected for the Sunday Open House, we are asking the AM kindergarten enrichment families to come during the 2:00 to 2:45 time slot and the PM kindergarten enrichment families to come sometime from 2:45 to 3:30.

******  Many registration forms were not complete when they were mailed in.  If you did not include three emergency names and numbers, your physician and dentist name and phone numbers or a complete immunization record we must receive the information ASAP.  According to our Ohio Department of Education rules and regulations, your child cannot be in attendance without all of the required information
